For all transactions processed with a credit card, the credit card company charges a convenience fee of approximately 3%. This fee is not collected by Tunica County and instead goes directly to the credit card company.
Refund Policy: There are no refunds unless a program is cancelled by Tunica Parks and Recreation. In the case of cancellation by the Rec. Dept., the program fee (less online convenience charges) will be refunded via check from Tunica County. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except with a physician’s note.
